I-Beam Connecting Rods for Opel 2.0L 16v

Manufactured from 4340 high tensile steel, these connecting rods are designed for high performance, extreme durability, and extra rigidity. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, offering excellent resistance to wear and fatigue, and feature a radial groove for an oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase rigidity. The production process ensures tight tolerances for perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances, with bend and twist tightly controlled. Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material. The connecting rod kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
