Returns

We accept returns on eligible new, unused items within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Electrical or electronic parts

• Special-order or custom-order items

• Installed, used, modified, or damaged parts

• Tuning software, ECU flashes, or other digital products

• Clearance or closeout items

• Items missing original packaging, manuals, or hardware

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped. Please contact us before returning any item for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our fault.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, less the 10% restocking fee.

Labor Disclaimer

We are not responsible for labor costs, installation charges, towing, diagnostic fees, or any other expenses related to returned, defective, or incorrect parts.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. We are happy to help with fitment questions, but final responsibility remains with the customer unless compatibility is confirmed by us in writing.
