At RaceStage.eu, we want our return process to be clear and straightforward. This Return & Refund Policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

Returned products should be securely packaged and, where possible, returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, hardware, and other components originally supplied with the product.
You may inspect the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Return Shipping Costs – Change of Mind
If you return a product because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, no longer require the product, or otherwise exercise your statutory right of withdrawal without any fault on our part, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct return shipping costs.
RaceStage.eu does not reimburse return shipping costs for standard change-of-mind returns unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.
The customer is responsible for securely packaging the returned product to prevent damage during transportation.
Original Delivery Costs
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, RaceStage.eu will refund the price paid for the returned goods together with the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option available for the original order, where required by applicable consumer law.
If you selected an upgraded, express, priority, or other delivery method that was more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
Return Request and Return Address

After your return request has been reviewed, RaceStage.eu will provide the correct return address and, where applicable, any documents that must be printed and placed inside the parcel.
Please do not send products to our company address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Depending on the product and manufacturer, the return may need to be sent directly to an authorised warehouse, supplier, manufacturer, or return centre within the European Union.
Unauthorised returns or returns sent to an incorrect address may result in delays and additional shipping costs.
Return Deadline
After notifying RaceStage.eu that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order, please submit a return request using our online return form as soon as possible.
Please provide all relevant information requested in the return form, including where applicable:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Clear photos and/or video showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging if the product was damaged during transportation
Please do not return a defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product before receiving return instructions from RaceStage.eu.
If the return is confirmed to be due to an error or non-conformity for which RaceStage.eu is responsible, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and cover the necessary return shipping costs where required by applicable consumer law.
Refunds – No Standard Direct Exchanges
RaceStage.eu does not normally process standard change-of-mind returns as direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please place a new order separately.
This does not affect any mandatory legal remedies available to consumers in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the return in accordance with the applicable return reason and consumer law.
Where permitted by law, RaceStage.eu may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be securely packaged and should include all components, accessories, manuals, hardware, and other items originally supplied with the product.
If a returned product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, RaceStage.eu reserves the right to reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
Non-Returnable and Special Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception is provided by applicable consumer law.
This may include:
- Products made to the customer's specifications
- Clearly personalised or custom-made products
- Certain digital products or software where performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of the applicable loss of withdrawal rights
Installed, used, modified, incomplete, or customer-damaged products may be subject to a reduction in refund value where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
Electrical and Electronic Parts
Electrical and electronic parts are subject to the same mandatory consumer rights as other products.
If an electrical or electronic product has been installed, used, damaged, modified, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, this may affect the amount of any refund where permitted by applicable law.
Defective or non-conforming electrical and electronic products remain subject to applicable statutory consumer protections.
Labour and Additional Expenses
Except where required by applicable law, RaceStage.eu is not responsible for third-party labour costs, installation or removal charges, diagnostic fees, towing costs, vehicle downtime, storage costs, or other additional expenses associated with a returned product.

Customers should verify vehicle and product compatibility before ordering.
RaceStage.eu is happy to assist with fitment questions before purchase. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.
If incorrect fitment information has been confirmed by RaceStage.eu in writing, the return may be handled differently depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
