ZRP Pro Series I-Beam Shaped Rods for Toyota Supra 2JZ

ZRP Pro Series I-Beam Shaped rods for the Toyota Supra 2JZ are crafted from high-quality 817M40T steel, known for its excellent machinability and through-hardening properties. With a hardness range of 248/302 HB, these rods are suitable for extreme applications. The 817M40T - EN24T steel can be surface-hardened for enhanced wear resistance through induction or nitriding processing.

The production process ensures tight tolerances for perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, providing excellent resistance to wear and fatigue. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each rod includes ARP L19 cap fasteners rated at 260,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP Custom Age 625 material rated at 280,000 psi. The kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
