ZRP Pro Series I-Beam Shaped Rods for Nissan GTR VR38 DETT
ZRP Pro Series I-Beam Shaped rods are crafted from 817M40T steel, a through-hardening alloy known for its excellent machinability and hardness range of 248/302 HB. These rods are designed to withstand extreme applications, with the option for further surface hardening through induction or nitriding processing to enhance wear resistance.
The rods feature tight production tolerances for perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, providing excellent resistance to wear and fatigue. Bend and twist are tightly controlled.
Each rod includes ARP L19 cap fasteners rated at 260,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP Custom Age 625 material rated at 280,000 psi. The kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
