Nissan SR20 DE/DET I-Beam “Heavy Duty” Series Connecting Rods

Designed for high horsepower and boost applications, these connecting rods are crafted from 4340 high tensile steel, ensuring extreme durability and performance. The bushings, made from AMPCO 18 material, offer excellent resistance to wear and fatigue, featuring a radial groove for oil reservoir functionality. Shot peening relieves stress, while multi-stage heat treatment enhances rigidity. Tight production tolerances ensure perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances, with controlled bend and twist.

Each rod includes 3/8 ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
