Ford 2.0L Duratec H-Beam Connecting Rods are crafted from 4340 high tensile steel, designed for high performance and extreme durability. This design combines lightweight performance with proven reliability at extended rpm. The bushings, made from Aluminum-silicon/bronze material, feature a radial groove acting as an oil reservoir. These rods have a "Ribbed pin end" to minimize pin end distortion under heavy inertial loads while saving excess weight. They are shot peened to relieve stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase rigidity. Tight tolerances in the production process ensure perfect fitment while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled.

Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi available as an upgrade. The kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
