Peugeot 2.0L EW10J4RS H-Beam Connecting Rods

Manufactured from 4340 high tensile steel, these H-Beam connecting rods are engineered for high performance and extreme durability. The design combines lightweight performance with proven reliability at extended RPMs. The bushings are crafted from aluminum-silicon/bronze material, featuring a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. The "Ribbed pin end" minimizes pin end distortion under heavy inertial loads while saving excess weight. Shot peened to relieve stress and multi-stage heat treated for increased rigidity, these rods ensure a perfect fitment with optimized oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled.

Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
