I-Beam "Heavy Duty" Series Connecting Rods for Citroen 1.6L TU5J4 / TU5JP4

Designed for high horsepower and boost applications, these connecting rods are crafted from 4340 high tensile steel, offering extreme durability and performance. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, providing excellent resistance to wear and fatigue, and feature a radial groove for oil reservoir functionality. The rods are shot peened to relieve stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to enhance rigidity. Tight production tolerances ensure perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances, with controlled bend and twist.

Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The kit comes with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
