BMW M3 S54 (3.2L E46) I-Beam Connecting Rods

Crafted from the finest 4340 high tensile steel, these I-Beam Connecting Rods are designed for high performance and extreme durability. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, providing excellent resistance to wear and fatigue, and feature a radial groove for oil reservoir functionality. The rods undergo shot peening to relieve stress and multi-stage heat treatment to enhance rigidity. Precision manufacturing ensures tight tolerances for perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances. Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
