I-Beam Connecting Rods for BMW 3.0L B Series (B58 Engine)

The I-Beam Connecting rods are crafted from 4340 high tensile steel, engineered for high performance, extreme durability, and enhanced rigidity while maintaining a lightweight design. Featuring a tapered pin end, these rods are compatible with OEM pistons. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, providing excellent wear and fatigue resistance, and include a radial groove for oil reservoir. Each rod undergoes shot peening to relieve material stress and is multi-stage heat treated to boost rigidity. Tight tolerances in the production process ensure perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances, with controlled bend and twist.

Each rod is equipped with ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The complete kit includes ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
