The I-Beam Connecting rods for Lancia 2.0L 16v Delta Integrale are crafted from 4340 high tensile steel, ensuring high performance, extreme durability, and extra rigidity. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, offering excellent resistance to wear and fatigue, and feature a radial groove for an oil reservoir. These rods are shot peened to relieve material stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to enhance rigidity. Tight production tolerances ensure perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances, with bend and twist tightly controlled. Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material. The kit comes with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
