Lancia 2.0L 16v Delta Integrale H-Beam Connecting Rods are crafted from 4340 high tensile steel, designed for high performance and extreme durability. The center-to-center length is extended by 4.00mm, making them ideal for “Long-Rod” applications. The pin end features ribbing to minimize distortion under heavy inertial loads while reducing weight. The bushings are made from aluminum-silicon/bronze material with a radial groove acting as an oil reservoir. They undergo shot peening to relieve stress and multi-stage heat treatment to enhance rigidity. Tight production tolerances ensure perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances, with bend and twist tightly controlled. Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material at 260,000 psi. The kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
