Lancia 2.0L Delta Integrale H-Beam Connecting Rods
Manufactured from 4340 high tensile steel, these connecting rods are designed for high performance and extreme durability. The pin end is ribbed to minimize distortion under heavy inertial loads while saving excess weight. Bushings made from AMPCO 18 material offer excellent resistance to wear and fatigue, featuring a radial groove acting as an oil reservoir. The rods are shot peened to relieve stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase rigidity. Tight tolerances in the production process ensure perfect fitment while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material at 260,000 psi. The kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
