Turbosmart Gen-V WG40 Comp-Gate40 40mm External Wastegate

The Turbosmart Gen-V WG40 Comp-Gate40 is a high-performance, cost-effective 40mm external wastegate designed for serious enthusiasts and motorsport applications. Engineered for maximum reliability and user configurability, this wastegate offers world-class thermal performance, fatigue resistance, and industry-leading flow for precise boost control and long service life.

The Gen-V WG40 is a direct-fit upgrade for all 4th-generation Turbosmart wastegates and is compatible with other 38/40mm V-band wastegate inlets. It features a unique collar-locking system for compact sizing and quick spring changes, a variable actuator cap and base, robust strap-type V-band clamps, liquid-cooling capability, and multiple 1/8” NPT ports for flexible installation. A range of high-temperature springs (3–26 psi) is included for full adjustability.

Motorsport and compressed gas-only versions are available for specific applications. An optional Hall Effect, non-contact position sensor is also offered.
