The Turbosmart GenV WG60 PowerGate60 External Wastegate is a 60mm, motorsport-proven, external wastegate designed for high-performance turbo applications. As the largest wastegate in the Turbosmart GenV range, it delivers industry-leading flow as the highest flowing poppet-style wastegate available. The GenV series is engineered from the ground up, featuring a CFD-optimized design for superior flow and thermal management.
This wastegate is a direct fit upgrade for all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates, retaining only the mounting orientation from the previous generation. The unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap, and 360-degree rotatable base allow for flexible reference hose routing. The WG60 includes strap-type V-band clamps for secure installation, optional liquid-cooling provision, and 1/8″ NPT reference ports. A full range of 17-7 PH stainless steel springs is included for customizable boost control.
Constructed with a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and Nitronic 60 valve guide, the WG60 is built for extended thermal performance and fatigue resistance. Optional upgrades include a wastegate position sensor, compressed gas/CO2 version, and an electronically actuated eWG version. Available finishes include Black, Blue, Red, Purple, and Sleeper colors.
