The Turbosmart GenV WG40 CompGate40 External Wastegate is engineered for motorsport applications, offering the highest flow capacity in its class. Designed as a direct fit upgrade for all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates, it features a unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base, and allows for 360-degree routing of reference hoses for flexible installation. The wastegate body is constructed from high-temperature 347 stainless steel, with a Nitronic 60 valve guide and 17/7 PH stainless steel springs for exceptional thermal performance and fatigue resistance.

CFD-optimized and validated in-house, the GenV WG40 ensures maximum flow and superior thermal management. It comes equipped with strap-type V-band clamps, 1/8″ NPT reference ports, and includes the full range of available springs. Optional features include a wastegate position sensor upgrade, compressed gas (CO2) version, motorsport version with a CFD-driven heat sink design, high-pressure (HP) version supporting up to 50psi, and an electronically actuated (eWG) version. Liquid actuator cooling provision is available for demanding setups.
