Featuring class-leading flow and thermal performance, the GenV WG40 is a direct-fit upgrade for all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates. The wastegate body is constructed from high-temperature 347 stainless steel, with a Nitronic 60 valve guide for durability under extreme conditions. The actuator utilizes 17-7 PH stainless steel springs and offers a liquid cooling option for enhanced thermal management.

Key features include a unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for 360-degree reference hose routing, and robust strap-type V-band clamps for secure installation. The GenV WG40 comes with 1/8″ NPT reference ports and is supplied with the full range of available springs for precise boost control.

Available in Black, Blue, Red, Purple, and Sleeper finishes. Optional upgrades include a wastegate position sensor, compressed gas (CO2) actuator, motorsport heat sink design, high-pressure version (up to 50psi), and electronic actuation (eWG) version.
