The GenV WG60 PowerGate60 External Wastegate is a 60mm external wastegate designed for motorsport applications. It is the largest in the Turbosmart GenV range and features the highest flow capability of any 'Poppet Style' wastegate available. This wastegate offers extensive configurability, exceptional thermal performance, fatigue resistance, and superior flow characteristics for optimal control and longevity.

The GenV External Wastegate has been completely redesigned from the ground up, retaining only the mounting orientation from the previous Gen4 range. It has been optimized using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and validated in-house to ensure maximum flow and thermal management. The GenV range includes more features, options, and performance enhancements than any other wastegate.

This wastegate is a direct fit upgrade for all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates and includes a unique collar-locking system, a variable actuator cap, and a base that allows for 360-degree routing of reference hoses. It also features strap-type V-band clamps, an optional liquid-cooling provision, 1/8" NPT reference ports, and a full range of available springs.
