The Competition Intercooler Kit for the Honda Civic FK7 1.5VTec Turbo is designed for enhanced performance. Suitable for models from 2017 onwards with 132KW/182PS, this intercooler features a core dimension of 715mm x 162mm x 122mm, offering a stepped volume of 12.700cm³. This represents a 42% larger frontal area and 144% more volume compared to the stock intercooler.

Engineered for high tuning stages, the intercooler core size and efficiency have been optimized, along with improved endtank design to eliminate OEM bottlenecks. This results in increased flow rating and superior charge cooling properties. Constructed from high-quality Tube Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators and cast aluminum endtanks, the design is optimized by CFD for optimal internal airflow.

The kit is optionally available with Ø60mm piping, ensuring excellent cooling properties and significantly reduced pressure drop compared to the stock intercooler. Despite its size, the complete intercooler weighs only 7.5kg. It is coated with an anti-corrosion protective layer for optimal thermal heat dissipation, ensuring low intake temperatures and enhanced performance, making it ideal for racing applications.

The kit is 100% plug and play, ready for installation, and undergoes rigorous quality control. The package includes:
