ULTRA HEAVY CUT

ULTRA HEAVY CUT is a coarse-grained, professional polishing paste built for fast removal of deep scratches, paint oxidation, and sanding marks up to P1200. Solid abrasive grains maintain strong cutting ability, even on demanding paint systems.

Free from silicone and fillers, it’s suitable for paint shops and professional detailing work. The formula is designed to minimize dusting and improve machine control. Used with the Polishing series pads, it supports efficient paint correction. Compatible with all types of polishing machines, and includes a fragrance composition to make extended work more pleasant.

Recommendations

1. Shake well before use to mix the paste thoroughly.


2. Apply an appropriate amount to the polishing pad.


3. Spread over the paint at low machine speed.


4. Work small sections, adjusting speed and pressure as needed.


5. Monitor paint temperature to avoid overheating.


6. Polish with moderate pressure until a characteristic film appears.


7. Wipe residue with a fine microfiber cloth.


8. Check results regularly using an inspection flashlight and inspection fluid; repeat if necessary.


9. Store in a dry, cool place at 15–25°C.
