Ultra Heavy Cut is one of the most aggressive polishing pads in the lineup, made from the hardest foam for maximum cutting power.
Built for extreme paint correction, it targets deep scratches, heavy dullness, and intense holograms. Enlarged, open foam cells help dissipate heat to reduce the risk of overheating and keep the cut stable and consistent through the polishing cycle.
A trapezoidal profile with an added reinforcing layer under the Velcro improves control, while the angled edge helps reach tighter areas. A centrally placed hole increases backing plate ventilation and helps prevent polish clumping and crystallization in the center of the pad.
Compatible with both DA and rotary machines. For best results, use it as the cutting step in a two-step correction, then follow with a soft foam finishing pad and finishing compound to maximize gloss.
