BMW N55B30 Twin Plate Clutch Set - Stage 1 (Up to 1000 Nm)

This clutch set features a steel single mass flywheel, precision machined on a CNC lathe and mill. The flywheel weighs approximately 7.8 kg, while the rotating assembly (excluding clutch discs) weighs around 14.7 kg. It includes reinforced clutch discs utilizing LUK 8090S friction pads and a Sachs pressure plate. An alignment tool for the clutch discs, release bearing, bolts, and steel fork are also included.

The rotating assembly is balanced end to end using a Schenck CNC balancing machine. This clutch set is rated for torque capacities between 800 and 1000 Nm. For applications involving drifting, it is highly recommended to opt for the version with sintered clutch discs for enhanced durability during "clutch kicking." A break-in period of 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts is required.
