Important Notes
- Do not wrap catalytic converters; overheating can reduce converter life.
- Do not plan on moving or removing the wrap after it has been heat cycled; once heated, the fibers lose initial flexibility. Avoid wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints.
- Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems. Wrapping titanium exhaust pipes can trap too much heat, making the alloy brittle and prone to premature cracking.
