DEI’s ORIGINAL Titanium™ exhaust wrap with LR Technology is constructed from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave. This wrap is engineered for superior strength and durability, delivering enhanced thermal performance and reliability. Suitable for automotive and motorcycle applications.

Note: Wrapping catalytic converters is not recommended, as excessive heat retention can reduce converter lifespan. Consider dedicated shields for this application.
Caution: After the wrap has been heat-cycled, fibers lose initial flexibility. Avoid moving or removing the wrap post-installation. Do not use on flex-pipes or flex-joints.
Titanium Exhaust Systems: Wrapping titanium exhausts is not recommended. Thin titanium alloys are designed to dissipate heat quickly; wrapping can cause brittleness and premature cracking. For heat reduction on titanium systems, use flexible heat shields.
