DEI's original Titanium™ exhaust wrap with LR Technology is manufactured from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material, and woven into a proprietary weave. This wrap is engineered for superior strength and durability, delivering improved thermal performance and reliability for automotive and motorcycle applications.

Important Notes:

• Do not wrap catalytic converters, as overheating may reduce their lifespan. Consider using a shield instead.
• After heat cycling, the wrap should not be moved or removed, as flexibility is lost but thermal properties remain unaffected. Avoid wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints.
• Not recommended for use on titanium exhaust systems; excessive heat retention may cause brittleness and premature cracking. For titanium, use flexible heat shields instead.
