Important Notes
- Wrapping catalytic converters is not recommended due to potential overheating and reduced converter lifespan. Consider dedicated heat shields for these applications.
- Once heat-cycled, the wrap loses initial flexibility and is not intended to be moved or removed. Avoid use on flex-pipes or flex-joints.
- Not recommended for use on titanium exhaust systems. These alloys are thin and designed to dissipate heat rapidly; wrapping can lead to brittleness and premature cracking. Use flexible heat shields for titanium systems instead.
