DEI's ORIGINAL Titanium™ exhaust wrap with LR Technology is engineered from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave. This wrap is designed for superior strength, durability, and thermal performance, making it suitable for both automotive and motorcycle applications.
- Withstands direct heat up to 1800°F (982°C), and intermittent heat up to 2500°F (1371°C)
- Promotes increased exhaust flow for improved performance

Important Notes:
- Do not wrap catalytic converters. Overheating can reduce their lifespan. Use a heat shield as an alternative.
- Once heat-cycled, the wrap should not be moved or removed as flexibility is lost, though thermal properties remain unaffected. Avoid wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints.
- Not recommended for use on titanium exhaust systems. Wrapping titanium pipes can cause brittleness and premature cracking. Use a flexible heat shield instead.
