The DEI Heat Sheath thermal sleeve is engineered to protect hoses, cables, and wires from extreme heat, abrasion, and chemical exposure. Designed to slide over existing lines, it shields against direct heat up to 500°F and radiant heat up to 2000°F. The sleeve is constructed from high-temperature fabric bonded to an aluminized layer for maximum heat reflection. It is pliable for routing around tight bends and can be trimmed to the desired length.

  • Size: 1.25 inches diameter x 91 cm length

  • Fireproof and resistant to oil, chemicals, dirt, grease, and road grime
  • Available in lengths up to 50 ft by special order
