Thermocouple Converter (TCC01) with Receptacle

The TCC01 is a Thermocouple Amplifier that amplifies and converts the signal from a Type K sensor, allowing for easy connection of exhaust gas temperature sensors.

To use the TCC01, insert the Type-K probe into the converter, and connect the DTM plug for power supply via 5V, ground, and the signal for your control unit or data display.

The Type K converter is suitable for measuring exhaust temperatures, as well as liquids (1mm thermocouples) and gases (0.5mm thermocouples).

Installation

Installation of the TCC01 is straightforward. It should be placed in a dry location, preferably behind the firewall.

The integrated tab allows for easy attachment, and multiple TCC01 modules can be stacked side by side for convenience. For added stability, the included tab can be attached with adhesive.

Displays are preconfigured for connecting the TCC01; simply connect the signal to AIN2.

Multiple TCC01 Modules

For applications requiring multiple modules, such as twin-scroll turbocharger manifolds, stacking the modules is easy.

For setups with multiple Type-K probes, consider the TCCXX series, which can directly write measurements to the Can Bus. Available models include TCC04, TCC06, TCC08, and TCC10.
