Swirl Flap Delete Kit for Volkswagen AUDI 2.0 TFSI EA113

This kit facilitates the removal of swirl flaps and the shaft from the intake manifold, utilizing dedicated blanking inserts to fill the voids left behind in the manifold runners.

While factory swirl flaps are intended to enhance engine performance under specific conditions, they can become significant airflow restrictions in modified vehicles. Even when fully open, the flaps introduce additional resistance and turbulence, adversely impacting performance following power upgrades.

It is recommended to adjust the ECU software post-installation to prevent potential cold-start running issues.
