One common issue with TSI engines is carbon build-up on the intake valves. Due to the direct injection fueling system, where fuel is sprayed directly into the combustion chamber, the intake valves are not cleaned by fuel, leading to carbon deposits from oil fumes of the stock PCV system.

The RTMG Oil Catch Can kit can reduce carbon build-up on the intake valves by up to 60%. It also prevents oil pooling in the intercooler and intercooler hoses.

Our smart three-stage filtering system handles lighter vapors and features a unique direct path to the bottom of the catch can for heavy oil vapors, cleaning up to 99% of the returned fumes/vapors.
