Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for VW Golf 4 1.9 TDI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.
The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance vehicle performance compared to the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external core design, developed with input from top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
These intercoolers are tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.
The silicone connectors are crafted from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that combines strength with flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems.
