Pyrotect PyroCell Elite Fuel Cell + Nuke Performance CFC Unit

Lightweight FIA / FT3-approved fuel cell for motorsport use, built around a double-coated urethane fabric bladder with internal foam baffling and supplied with the Nuke Performance Competition Fuel Cell (CFC) Unit.

The included CFC Unit replaces the standard fill plate and adds an internal 2 liter (0.53 gallon) surge tank and an in-tank fuel pump hanger to simplify a high-performance, fuel-injected setup while reducing external plumbing.

Fuel Compatibility

Safe for gasoline and alcoholic fuels including ethanol (E85) and methanol. When used with alcoholic fuels, do not leave for long-term storage without rinsing with non-alcoholic fuel first.

CFC Unit: Surge Tank + Fuel Pump Hanger

The CFC Unit integrates a drop-in surge tank and fuel pump mounting inside the bladder to help prevent fuel starvation under demanding driving conditions. One pickup pump mounts in the bladder, and one or two high-pressure pumps mount in the surge tank using billet brackets and an adjustable aluminum mount.

Designed to support fuel demands in the 200–2000 hp range (as stated by the manufacturer) when configured with appropriate pumps.

Fuel Pump Fitment (as stated)

Fits single or dual high-pressure pumps from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive, and more. Supports common 39 mm pumps and larger models including Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST400/450/520, Bosch BR540, and Aeromotive Stealth 450.

Included Fittings & Options

The CFC Unit is supplied with outlet, return, and rollover-protected vent fittings. Vent fittings are AN-6 and can be swapped for AN-6 to AN-10 when needed. Additional AN-6 to AN-12 fittings are available separately (sold as accessories).

Construction

Pyrotect Elite fuel cells are American made and use a durable urethane bladder inside a lightweight FIA-approved aluminum container. Internal foam baffling is modified from the fabrication line to accommodate the CFC Unit.

The Nuke Performance CFC Unit is developed, designed, and manufactured in Sweden.

Built to Order

Manufactured to order to help ensure current FIA approval and avoid long-stored bladders. Approximate delivery time is 3 weeks after order is placed.
