Professional Hardcore

Professional Hardcore is a concentrated cleaner for heavy contamination with a wide range of uses. It removes common vehicle and machinery grime, including grease, oil, and tar. In the RR Customs range, Hardcore is positioned as one of the strongest products.

Key characteristics

• Strong, concentrated cleaning agent


• Removes all types of dirt, including greasy and oily residues


• Powerful two-phase cleaner (shake well before use)


• Concentrate: must be properly diluted before use


• Designed for removing grease, oil, and tar


• Can be applied as foam (recommended) or spray


• Phosphate-free


• Alkaline pH


• Recommended for cleaning truck and passenger car bodies, trailers, containers, tarpaulins, chassis, painted aluminum parts, and external engine components


• Effective for cleaning floors, terrazzo surfaces, and industrial machinery

Directions for use

• Mix thoroughly before use until a uniform color is obtained


• Dilute with water according to the dilution ratios below


• Do not use the concentrate undiluted

Dilution ratios

• 1:10 – heavy dirt


• 1:20 – light dirt


• 1:100 – delicate dirt

Application

• Apply the solution using a pressure washer or foam lance at 4–7 bar (depending on the nozzle), starting from the lower parts of the body and moving upwards


• Leave for approximately 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with water

Recommendations & precautions

• Use at your own risk


• Before first use, test the product on an inconspicuous area


• Do not allow prolonged contact with aluminum parts and other light metal alloys


• Use caution on freshly painted surfaces


• Protect skin during application; the product is highly irritating – use protective gloves/clothing/eye protection/face protection


• Wash hands thoroughly after use


• Store in a dry and cool place at 5–25°C


• Protect from freezing and overheating


• Do not allow to dry on the surface


• Before application, ensure the cleaned surface is cool; do not apply in direct sunlight
