Compatible with VW Golf and VW Scirocco EA111 featuring a 1.4 TSI engine.
This kit includes an aluminum front mount intercooler, black silicone reducer couplers, tubes, and clamps.
Intercooler sizes are rated for performance: the small intercooler supports up to 300 hp, while the large intercooler is rated for 350+ hp.
The intercooler replaces the stock unit, which must be removed for installation.
Stainless steel slip-on tubes connect to the stock couplers on one side, while 90-degree silicone reducer couplers attach to the intercooler end tanks on the other side.
Installation requires the removal of the front bumper and the fabrication of two small mounts to support the intercooler. Some trimming may be necessary for proper fitment.
