Oil Filter Sandwich Plate Cooler Adapter with Thermostat

The oil cooler adapter is a high-quality component designed for sports cars, tuned vehicles, and performance-oriented drivers who demand reliability. It allows the installation of an external oil cooler, improving oil cooling efficiency and enhancing engine durability under high load.

The adapter is CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with anodizing, providing exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and precision fitment.

This version features an integrated thermostat that opens at 85°C, regulating oil flow to the cooler. This helps the oil reach optimal operating temperature faster after a cold start, while cooling is only activated when necessary, especially important during regular road use and in colder climates.

The adapter includes four threaded ports:

• Two ports for connecting external oil cooler lines,
• Two side ports with 1/8" NPT threads for installing oil pressure and temperature sensors.

It is compatible with the most common oil filter types – the kit includes thread inserts for M20x1.5 and 3/4-16 UNF.

Also included is a Viton gasket, known for its exceptional resistance to high temperatures, oils, and chemicals, eliminating common leakage problems seen with standard rubber seals.

Products are rigorously tested under motorsport conditions, ensuring top-level performance even in extreme environments.
