Oil Catch Tank for Ford F-150 5.0L 2.7L 3.5L Ecoboost Raptor 2018–2021

The Oil Catch Tank is a dedicated oil vapor separation system designed specifically for the 5.0L, 2.7L, and 3.5L EcoBoost engines. It effectively captures oil vapors and contaminants before they enter the intake system, significantly improving intake cleanliness and engine stability in turbocharged engines. This system eliminates common issues such as power loss, carbon buildup, intercooler oiling, and boost system leaks. It is easy to install, simple to maintain, and recommended for all stages of modification—from stock vehicles to high boost builds.

During engine operation, some combustion gases pass into the crankcase. With increasing power and boost pressure, more oil vapors are directed through the PCV system. In the factory configuration, they return to the intake, causing:

• lower combustion quality and reduced power
• carbon buildup on intake valves
• oil accumulation in the intercooler reducing efficiency
• reduced octane rating of the air–fuel mixture

The Oil Catch Tank prevents these issues by using multi-stage internal filtration. Cleaned gases return to the intake, while oil and contaminants remain in the tank.
