Display Setup Software - DSS

With the CANchecked DSS, you can fully customize your display. The integrated log viewer allows you to download and view log files, and a Can-Logger is included. The TRI Editor enables sensor adjustments, including assigning min/max values for warnings and renaming sensors.

Supported Values

The display supports a comprehensive range of values from your ECU, including:

Temperatures:

• Exhaust temperature, coolant temperature, oil temperature, intake temperature, outside temperature, gasoline temperature, DSG temperature

Pressures:

• Boost pressure, ambient pressure, fuel pressure pre-feed pump, rail pressure actual/target

Lambda/Mixture:

• Lambda value, injection time, short-term lambda adjustment, long-term lambda adjustment

Other:

• RPM, air mass, vehicle speed, throttle angle, total ignition angle, ignition angle retraction per cylinder, N75 timing in %, terminal 30 voltage, torque, gear, diesel-specific values

If any values are missing, they can be added later.

Connection and Extension

Connect any sensors via the four analog inputs, supporting linear 0-5V and NTC sensors. The following CANchecked sensors are stored in the TRI/TRX files by default:

• AIN1: Temperature sensor (NTC01)
• AIN2: Transducer for exhaust gas temperature sensor type K (TCC01)
• AIN3: Pressure sensor 0-10 Bar (FLP01)
• AIN4: Boost pressure sensor 0-5.5 Bar absolute (BST10)

For connection, use the pre-assembled AIN wiring harness. Additionally, an external shift light with eight LEDs can be connected, configurable directly on the display. An ethanol sensor can also be connected directly to the display, requiring a pull-up resistor (10K) between 5V and the signal.

Advanced Functions

Utilize Math-Channels to calculate sensors against each other. The User-Table allows for generating additional sensors using 2D or 3D maps.
