Mishimoto Turbo Blanket — 2017+ Honda Civic Type R (Stock Turbo)
Turbochargers generate significant heat that can raise intake air temperatures and reduce power. Insulating the hot side of the turbo helps keep engine bay temperatures down while maintaining hotter exhaust gas energy for improved turbo efficiency and spool. This Mishimoto turbo blanket is designed to keep heat contained at the turbocharger rather than radiating through the engine bay.
