The Mishimoto expansion tank is a direct-fit replacement for 2015+ Ford Mustang EcoBoost, V6, and V8 models, built to add durability and a cleaner engine-bay look compared to the factory plastic tank.

Inside, internal baffles help keep coolant at the overflow port to reduce the chance of coolant starvation and to minimize sloshing during high-speed cornering, braking, and acceleration. A built-in sight tube makes it easy to verify proper hot and cold coolant levels at a glance.

Constructed from 100% TIG-welded aluminum for long-term durability, this tank is designed to reuse the stock expansion tank cap and includes an overflow nipple on the fill neck for adding an additional coolant tank for NHRA legality. Installation can be completed in under one hour.
