Fender Flare Installation Kit Description (12 pcs) This installation kit made from stainless steel includes 12 inserts 12 washers and 12 screws. Its sophisticated design allows you to install your fender flares with a professional finish reliable and strong all while making the flares easy to attach and remove (compared to an installation with rivets). Installation instructions : Drill holes in the centres of the fixing points on the fender flares  Place the flares on the vehicle and keep them perfectly in position (with the help of some tape for example) Mark the holes on the bodywork with a marker pen Remove the flare Drill the marked holes on the vehicle. Attention ! It is important to drill holes with a diameter that suits the inserts so they sit tightly We recommend you fit the inserts with force so they don't rotate in their housings (if they do start to rotate you will need a crimping tool) Re-align the flares then fix them into place with a washer and a bolt in each insert.  This 12 pcs kit allows you to install a pair of classic fender flares (6 rivet-points per flare). The concave models need 12 pcs per wing so you will need 2 kits per pair of concave fender flares.  The fender flares on the photo are for demonstration purposes and are not included with the installation kit.
