LOCTITE SI 5910 50ml syringe
(Known as LOCTITE 5910)
Loctite 5910 is a one-component silicone adhesive / sealant that vulcanizes at room temperature (RTV), does not settle, does not cause corrosion, has a low odor and low volatiles.
Usage:
Designed primarily for sealing flange connections. It has high oil resistance and can withstand large displacement of joints. Widely used in the automotive industry for sealing flanges made of sheet metal or other materials with low stiffness, e.g. on power transmission housings, oil pans, water pumps.
Directions for use.
Product 5910 should be applied to a clean surface. Within 15 minutes you need to connect the parts and then press them so that the adhesive spreads well and completely fills the joint. Do not subject the structure to heavy loads until the product has fully cured (about 7 days).
Storage
Unless otherwise indicated on the label, the ideal way to store it is to leave it in closed containers in a cool and dry room at a temperature between 8 * C and 28 * C.
Residual material should not be returned to its original container, as this could contaminate the product.
