Product LOCTITE 454 is a single-component, fast hardfacing to glue cyjanoacrylic in the form of gel. Thanks to its consistency is not trickling even after the vertical surfaces. Can be used in cases when the glued surfaces do not adhere closely to each other.

Application:

• Quick bonding of many metals, plastics and elastomers;
• especially useful for bonding porous materials or rubber, foamed, paper, leather or tkanianą.

Cure rate depending on the material.

• Steel (free)-5 to 20 seconds.
• Aluminium (skim) 2 to 10 seconds.
• Zinc dichromate-10 to 20 seconds.
• Nitrile-< 5
• ABS-2 for 10 seconds.
• Neoprene-< 5
• PCV-2 to 10 seconds.
• Polycarbonate-10 to 40 seconds.
• Phenolic materials-2 to 10 seconds.
