Introducing the aftermarket intercooler kit specifically designed for the VW Scirocco 1.4 TFSI. This comprehensive kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation method, some elbows may require shortening.

The intercooler is crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance the car's performance compared to the OEM intercooler. Developed in collaboration with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, the new core design features improved heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling capabilities.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, designed to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competitions or street driving. These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions.

The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, capable of withstanding tremendous pressures in intake systems. They offer additional resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, these silicones provide both strength and flexibility.
