The complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need adjustment.

Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, the intercooler offers superior heat exchange capabilities, significantly improving performance over the OEM intercooler. The newly developed internal and external cores, designed in collaboration with top European drifters and drag racers, feature a unique fin arrangement for enhanced heat exchange and airflow. The alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions improve cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, ensuring durability under harsh conditions, whether on the street or in competition. Tested up to 10 Bar of pressure, these intercoolers are built to withstand extreme demands.

The silicone connectors are crafted from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, capable of withstanding high pressures in intake systems. They also offer resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, these silicones provide both strength and flexibility.
