Introducing the aftermarket intercooler kit specifically designed for the Fiat 500. This comprehensive kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, a set of silicone connectors and elbows, and a set of aluminum connectors and clamps. Depending on the installation method, some elbows may need to be shortened.

The intercooler is crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance the car's performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative design of both internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, features a novel arrangement of core fins, resulting in improved heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin's body greatly enhance cooling capabilities.

The intercooler tanks, made from thick aluminum cast, are built to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competitions or street driving. These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions.

The silicone connectors included in the kit are made from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement. Years of research and collaboration with top drifters and drag racers across Europe have resulted in connectors capable of withstanding the tremendous pressures generated in intake systems. They also offer additional resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, extending their use to cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. The silicones are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers, depending on the diameter, of a unique in-house developed braid that provides both strength and flexibility.
