Alfa Romeo Mito Aftermarket Intercooler Kit

This aftermarket intercooler kit is specifically designed for the Alfa Romeo Mito. It includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.

The intercooler is crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance the car's performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The new core design, developed in collaboration with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, features a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling capabilities.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competitions or street driving. These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

The silicone connectors are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, capable of withstanding the high pressures generated in intake systems. They are resistant to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications such as cooling systems and crankcase vents. The silicones are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, providing strength and flexibility.
