Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for VW Scirocco 1.4 TFSI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.
The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins. This design improves heat exchange and airflow, with alternately placed fins and additional incisions enhancing cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive and street driving.
This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength and flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by numerous tuning workshops worldwide.
