Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for VW Polo 6R GTI 1.4 TFSI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on installation. The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, enhancing heat exchange capabilities and significantly improving performance compared to the OEM intercooler.

The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that optimizes heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency. The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.

This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure. It is distinguished by the logo extruded on both the upper and lower walls. The silicone connectors are crafted from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid pattern that offers strength and flexibility.
