Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for VW Polo 6R GTI 1.4 TFSI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on installation.

The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that enhance vehicle performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins, improving both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive driving or everyday use. These intercoolers are tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.

FMIC.EU silicone connectors are crafted from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. Their resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil makes them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, providing strength and flexibility.
